I bought this product on the 1st of March 2024 and was given a different product. I came back to the store to have it replaced and was told it will be transferred from the Alaba Store to the Computer Village Store where I made the purchase and was told to come back on Tuesday 5th of March 2024. I went back on that day to pick up my purchase. I installed it and was disappointed that I bought a lemon. The product is of inferior quality, charges quickly and drains quickly. By the time it drains to about 45% backup capacity you better shut down your system because it doesn’t hibernate your system or put your system to sleep, the system will just crash because the battery is depleted. I had to remove it and put back the original battery that I removed from my system
